CEU Career Services offers a variety of ways to engage with our students and alumni.
We can help you strengthen your reputation among students and promote your jobs, internships, and other experiential learning opportunities. On request, we can provide you with data on student numbers from specific regions or subject disciplines and advice on how best to target specific student audiences.
Note: All of the below options are free of charge to organizations partnering with us.
Branding
Join Handshake: a private online network for early career talent across Europe and the UK.
Workshops and Challenge Days: help our students develop or hone their professional skills. Some examples of workshop topics may include interviewing, networking, case study trainings. We are also open to hosting full-day or half-day interactive competitions for teams of students.
Employer information sessions: usually 45 minutes at lunchtime, in the form of a presentation followed by a Q&A. These can be either virtual or on campus, and are moderated by the Career Services team.
Speaking: we are open to organizing a speaking engagement as a formal lecture, or an informal get-together with a small group of students, or something in between, depending on your availability and needs.
Industry panels as part of our “Careers In...” series: we frequently organize panels where employers share their experience, knowledge and insights into their fields, organizations, and the future of the profession.
Employer treks: host a select group of CEU students at your organization. Share your mission, culture and opportunities while getting to know the CEU talent pool off campus.
Tailor-made recruitment events: we are open to discussing specific campaigns or events customized to your organization’s needs.
Connect with students 1-on-1
Meet the employer: small-scale “speed-friending” events. These are short, one-on-one conversations with a limited number of CEU students. Typically 10-15 minutes, by appointment.
Mock interviews: short, 15-minute conversations that help students prepare for interviewing at your organization or in your industry. By appointment.
Coffee Chats: meet our students in a casual, relaxed setting, where you can share about your organization, industry and give career advice. They typically take 15-30 minutes and are scheduled by appointment.
